  • 10:40   Pickup rental bicycle at Nihonmatsu Station Tourist Information Center
  • (within Nihonmatsu Station)
  • 10:50   Chopstick making workshop at Hashimoto Buddhist Sculpture Shop
  • (5 min. by bicycle from Nihonmatsu Station)
  • 12:30   Traditional local meal of Nihonmatsu for lunch at "Kura Café Sen-no Hana"
  • (2 min. by bicycle from Hashimoto Buddhist Sculpture Shop)
    Enjoy traditional meals of Nihonmatsu loved by samurais, using chopsticks made in the workshop.
  • 14:00   Nihonmatsu Castle Ruins (5 min. by bicycle from Kura Café Sen-no Hana)
  • Experience wearing traditional samurai armors
  • Photo shoot
  • 15:30   Tour of Daishichi Sake Brewery, also loved by samurais of the period
  • with tasting + souvenir (125ml)
  • *"Daishichi Sake Brewery" is closed on Sundays, so switch to "Senkonari Brewery Shop" if tour is scheduled for Sunday
